Meaning | uControl schedules an application review alert to be generated for each application to ensure it is up to date. Although uControl monitors for additional components and deleted components the are instances where changes to the application details required human intervention. These alerts are scheduled from the date of the last publish / completed state. Frequency can be monthly, Quarterly or Yearly. |
Actions Available | None. There are no actions available on the alert. The application review alert requires you to login to uControl and view the application, confirm that everything linked is correct and "Verify" that it is accurate. To complete and application review and close the alert you will need to go to the Modules → uMap → My Applications screen, highlight the applciation and select "View". Once you are looking at the application scroll through the screens and verify that all linked components are correct - there are no additional CI that should not be part of the application and there are no missing CI's that should be part of the application. Last check to to verify that all excluded CI's are correct - these are not part of you application. |
Action Outcome | If all CI's look correctClick on the "Mark as Reviewed" button. This will update the last reviewed Date, Last reviewed by and next review date. This will also close the alert under the uAlert → Open Alerts screen. If CI's are missingClick on the "Edit" button at the top right side of the screen. This will enter you in to the modelling screen to add the missing CI's to the model. If you are unsure how this is done check out the modelling guide here. If Additional CI's are linkedClick on the "Edit" button at the top right side of the screen. This will enter you in to the modelling screen to remove the additional CI's from the model. If you are unsure how this is done check out the modelling guide here. If an excluded CI should be linked to the modelClick on the "include" button within the view screen. Select the environment from the modal and click "Set". This will link and publish the changes. |
