MeaninguControl will monitor for changes in the environment. Changes such as hosts / server being deleted or Software being deleted. Typical reasons for this would be that a server is decommissioned or a software CI has been uninstalled from a server.
Actions Available

Accept - By accepting the alert you are confirming that the server or software component has been decommissioned from the application and is not longer valid. 

Reject - By rejecting the alert you are confirming that although the CI has been deleted it is still a valid part of the application.

Action Outcome

Accept - The CI will be unlinked from the application and the application will be updated with the changes. These changes are viewable from the Modules → uMap → My Applications screen by highlighting the application and clicking the "View" button at the top right of the screen.

Reject - The CI will remain linked to the application. The alert will be passed on to the Discovery Management team to understand why this has happened. It will most likely be down to a discovery issue with the server / software CI. Although the alert is still viewable from your Open Alerts screen the assignee will be pass on the another team to resolve.
