Schedule a report

Each report defined within the system can have it's over schedule. The following schedules are available :

FrequencyAvailable selections
Daily15, 30, 45, 60 minutes
Weekly by days of the weeksingle or multiple - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at a selected time
Once per weeksingle - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at a selected time
Month by day of the monthDate of the month at a selected time

To configure a schedule for a report:

  1. Navigate to Modules → uReport → BMC Discovery Reporting
  2. Select a report from the list
  3. Click the "Schedule Report" button
  4. Select the required options and click "Update"

The report will now run on schedule and email the configured users the results.

Ensure the success and failure uReport notification are configured and active within the system.
