Synchronisation

The syncronisation page shows all CI’s that have either been / requireing sync to the Service Now CMDB.

If the service Now instance is set to Manual, all items that are populated in this table will require manual sync’ing.

Sync a root CI to the Service Now CMDB

To sync a root CI and all realted CI’s to the service now CMDB :

  1. Navigate to Administration → Integration → Service Now → Synchronisation

  2. Select the service now instance from the Service Now Instance dropdown

  3. Select a root CI from the table and select “Synchronise”

 

Once the manual sync has completed the summary area will be updated:
