Setup environments for CI's

uControl has a default of "Not Set" for environments to link CI's to. You are able to add as many environments as you like to allow application owners to select during modelling.

To add an environment:

1. Navigate to uMap → Configure → Environments

2. Select the add "Plus" button on the displayed table

3. Enter the environment name and click "Create"
